CDSCOPE Mail Merge Letter Template
Cityscope includes a specific contact name for most property owners. This contact name is made up of a title, first name and surname.
To help you format your mail merge letters we have a set up a template you can use as the base for your own letters. This template has been set up in Microsoft Word 2000 format. Click here to download this template.
Simply save this Word document to a place on your computer or network where you and other Cityscope users in your office can easily access it. When you need to set up a mail merge document using Cityscope data, create a copy of the file and use it as the template for your letter. When you open the letter in Word, you will need to change the "Data Source" to point to the Excel or RTF file you have exported from CDSCOPE.
From here all you'll need to do is compose your letter and merge it to your printer!
